My Commitment to You
I understand that reaching out for support can feel daunting, especially if this is your first experience of counselling.
You may arrive with questions, uncertainty, or simply a feeling that life has become difficult to navigate alone.
My role is not to judge, advise or tell you what to do. Instead, I will offer a warm, compassionate and confidential space where you can speak openly, explore your thoughts and feelings, and feel truly heard.
Together, we will work at a pace that feels comfortable for you, helping you gain greater understanding, resilience and confidence as you move forward.
Where it feels helpful, sessions may also include creative resources such as imagery, objects or the optional use of music and the piano.

Pet Bereavement Support
For many people, pets are family.
The loss of a beloved companion can be devastating. Yet many people feel that others do not fully understand the depth of their grief.
Whether you are coping with a recent loss, facing a difficult euthanasia decision, or struggling to adjust to life without your pet, counselling can provide a compassionate space to process your emotions.
